By using PhD Planner (operated by Manava, Netherlands) you agree to these terms.
The service
PhD Planner is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we aim to keep your data safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of anything critical.
Your content
The content you create remains yours. You grant Manava a licence to store and process it to provide the service, and to use it in pseudonymised, aggregated form to operate and improve PhD Planner and for research insights, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, and no use that harms other users or the platform.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Manava is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
